【澄清】关于DOTA2离线工具包 我只能说这不是破解

      希望和冰蛙比较熟悉的人，能够帮我把这篇复制过去给冰蛙看看，希望不要因为某些谣言对中国的DOTA2发展造成影响。（我发邮件估计冰蛙看不到）

　　So at first i want to explain the reason of why I create this tool.Just listen to the music while browsing my post. Im pretty angry about someone's behavior this days.One word to describe the net of my school will be "lag as hell", since most of us , i mean students, using the educational network.And in this case, playing dota2 online with over 800ms laterncy and 35% packet loss rate would be impossible.Then, the server library is published, so me and my friend start to play LAN game in dormitory. All because of the inconvient of entering console command everytime to play, this tools was born.And all by accident, we soon discoveried that we can use this tools to play dota 2 even if we dont have the dota 2 key, or the beta test authorities.Therefore as the saying "internet is the sharing" goes, I upload this tools. The legality of this tool will be explained below.At first im a royal fans of valve. Every title of valve is my favorite, although i only bought some of them(i don like kill zombies..), and i love using source sdk.I just want to told you that Im always object to private software or sometime, as I may be a part of the IT industry someday.

　　I wasnt about to post this thread before, but since someone start to insult me at "weibo"(tweeter in china), I just want to make it clear up here.

　　To avoid some of the bad effect of this tool.(some of the thrid-party game platform or private server owner may abuse this tool).So i just make it short here.here is 2 notion, or definitions of "software cracking" and "trainer" I found on wikipedia.

It can "freeze" a memory address disallowing the game from lowering or changing the information stored at that memory address e.g. health meter, ammo counter. It simply manipulates the data at the memory addresses specified to suit the needs of the person cheating at the game.

　　All i want to say to those who thinks me as a hacker or cracker is that please make sure you know what is hack or crack.

　　About the 2 executable in the file pack.At first, they do not inject into the process of Dota2 or steam, which means that its self have nothing to do with steam or dota 2.And what more, there 2 programs do not edit or hack any of the memory, so in one wordm it is not a cracker program or trainer.

　　If you cannot trust what i said, you can use the anti-spyware or something to test it.Thus, it is absurd to judge this tools as a kind of cracker or trainer, it is just a rumor created by those who dont understand it at all!

　　The there would ba aquestion, how did this tool implement those function?In short, ihave to say that all I use is the interface provided officially be Valve itself.

　　For the content not belongs to me (in the pack)(to protect the author, his/her name is hidden, you can check his/her name at my original tool post)So I asked the author:Is it legal for us?The answer is I am not a lawyer, but I don't see why it wouldn't be.

　　So i have to commit that this plugin may be legal to use.

　　all the otherfiles are neither from official valve file or it is just configuration file(plain text)

　　Thats al i want to say. Even VAC wont consider this tools as a hack.But i have to commit that currently we can play it even we dont have the key maybe a bug or some hidden function. We dont know it since its valve's business.

　　To Mr Iceforg: If you dont like this tool, i will remove it at once, i hope the tool itself and the rumor with it wont destory the dota2 in china. And my apologize in advance.
